Summer time

Finally getting some hot days here... too hot, 103 today.

Hudson and Kelley took a week long trip to LA to see grandparents and aunt kaki. Brian stayed home to work and redo bathroom shower. Fun!

4 months old!

Hudson had his 4 month checkup today. Doing well other than eczema that keeps coming back. He's 27-1/4" tall, 16 lbs 3oz. That puts him off the chart in height (>95%) and 75%tile for weight, looking like he'll be good and tall someday. Rolling around a lot now, both directions, back to stomach and stomach to back.

Had his first taste of baby cereal, seemed to like it.

Getting really good at putting weight on his legs, ways to go on balance but he'll probably be an early walker.



Will reach out and take rattle or toy if you hold it close to him, and then immediately put it in his mouth.

Matt and Missy visit

Had a fun 4 day weekend with Matt and Missy (brian's college friends). Did day at the beach, day along the gorge, edgfield golf and sandy river, and a day around portland. 4 trips to Winco in 4 days, they had the full Oregon experience.

Hudson had his first complete back to stomach roll, and then back to his back.
