Hawaii leftovers

our last day in hawaii. sniffle sniffle. we badly timed trying to take a good "wear in the world" photo. hudson fell asleep moments after getting back in the car and the wind was blowing my hair in my face. urgh. but, from a distance, this photo is good. and my mom is wearing her trailblazers shirt that kt and i made her and her schmancy new hat too!

hudson is so cute in this lil' romper. i can hardly stand it. i might eat him up for breakfast.
then we got to spend a last lovely day with hope and jeff and their kiddos (and hope's mum too who we neglected to photograph somehow!). so good to see them all and i can't wait to do it again!

mackenzie, the baby of the family.

jed, one of the middle boys.
amanda, the oldest and harry, another middle boy.
harry again.
hudson being so funny running around their place with an apple. he chewed it up pretty good. he was just so super happy to play with the older kids while we were there. it was his highlight from the trip for sure.
why am i not still in hawaii?

1st haircut

Hudson and Kelley went to the Children's Museum in Washington Park. Lots of kids running wild. Hudson enjoyed it though.

note the long hair in the back.

Hudson was starting to grow a mullet so he had his first trip to the little kid barber shop. Haircut went well, and per his Nana's orders he did not get a buzz cut.

Post haircut in the back yard

his b-day slide finally found it's permanent home outside. soon he'll be doing 360 dunks on the basketball goal, skateboarding down the slide, and kicking soccer balls into it's goal.
